4-6 pork chops
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. jam (peach, pineapple-apricot or orange marmalade)
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. light corn syrup
Brown pork chops. Combine remaining ingredients in pan (or microwave bowl). Heat to melt jam. Pour over chops, cover and simmer until chops are tender (30-45 minutes).
